Today kicks off the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games! Coach Dins will be competing at 11:30am in the Masters 35-39 Run Swim Run Event.  Her second event of the day will be the 1RM snatch event at 3:55pm.  Tune into the Games site for information on how to watch all events.  We will try to go live on our Facebook page, too!
