Take 15-20 minutes to work to a 3RM, then 4 sets of 8 E2:30MOM @ 70% of 1RM

Bike or row conditioning (athlete’s choice):


With a continuous running clock (12:00 total):

4 rounds – :30s recovery pace, :30s fast pace

4 rounds – :40s recovery pace, :20s fast pace

4 rounds – :50s recovery pace, :10s fast pace
