Skill/conditioning: EMOM x 8:  Fitness:  Odd: 40 double unders, Even:  5 strict pull-ups  Performance: Odd: 60 double unders, Even: 5 strict L-Sit pull-ups

Strength:  Deadlift:  10-8-6-4-2 reps for max load, rest as needed between sets (Use remainder of hour to establish these loads)
