Workout of the Day:
For time
Start with 5 burpees and perform 5 burpees every 2MOM for as long as it takes to accumulate the following:
500 double unders (elite)
400 double unders (RX)
300 double unders (intermediate)
-If you don’t have double unders, complete 400 single unders.
-Compare to 10/6/15
Cash out:  3 Giant sets:
12 alternating DB strict presses
15 weighted AbMat sit-ups
18 DB floor presses
21 slow hip extensions
-Rest 2:00 between sets
