“The Back Nine”
Each hole is a movement with a number of reps to complete and a par score for number of sets. If you are able to complete the reps at that hole in the number of sets for par, then your score for that hole is “0”. Adjust your score + or – dependent on your number of sets.
For example, if on the first hole, you complete 100 dubs in 5 sets, your score would be +2 (2 over par).
There is not a time component.
Hole #1- 100 dubs par 3

Hole #4- 50 Push-ups par 3
