“Riptide”
In teams of 2, complete 6 rounds each for time of:
250/200 meter row
8 hang power cleans (135/95)
16 AbMat sit-ups 
-Partner A will complete a full round, while Partner B is resting and then they switch.  The workout is over when both teammates have completed 6 rounds each (12 total).
