Workout of the Day:
Hunger Strike
In 10 minutes: 
1 Mile Run + max reps of clean and jerk (135/95)

Rest 3 minutes, then

In 7 minutes:
800m Run + max reps of snatch (115/80)

Rest 3 minutes, then

In 4 minutes:
400m Run + max reps of thrusters (95/65)
*Score is total reps.  Athlete is responsible for stripping bar to appropriate weight for next round.
