TTFIT Workouts 1/13/20 – 1/17/20

Monday, January 13th – EMOM x 30 min (6 sets) of:  Min 1 – 15 DB DL, Min 2 – :40s sit-ups, Min 3 – 10 pull-ups/ring rows, Min 4 – 15 dips + 5 push-ups, Min 5 – :40s plank

Tuesday, January 14th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  7 wall balls, 14 hollow rocks, 7 burpees, 14 box jumps/step-ups
Wednesday, January 15th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 20 DB hang cleans, 15 leg raises, 10 shuttle sprints
Thursday, January 16th – EMOM x 12 (3 rounds):  Min 1 – jump rope, Min 2 – ground to overhead w/ a plate, Min 3 – mountain climbers, Min 4 – row for calories.  Rest 2 minutes.  EMOM x 12 (3 rounds):  Min 1 – box jumps/step-ups, Min 2 – alternating DB snatch, Min 3 – plank hold, Min 4 – ski for calories
Friday, January 17th – Every 3 minutes x 7 rounds (21 minutes):  15/10 calorie bike, 15 wall balls, 15 sit-ups
