TTFIT Workouts 1/18/21 – 1/22/21

Monday, January 18th – AMRAP in 9 minutes: 27 jump rope, 18 DB hang cleans, 9 lateral burpees over the DB, :30s plank hold. Rest 1 min. AMRAP in 7 minutes: 21 jump rope, 14 DB hang cleans, 7 lateral burpees over the DB, :20s plank hold. Rest 1 min. AMRAP in 5 minutes: 15 jump rope, 10 DB hang cleans, :10s plank hold. 

Tuesday, January 19th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  50/40 calorie bike, 40 KB goblet squats, 30 leg raises, 20 KB swings, 10 pull-ups/ring rows

Wednesday, January 20th – E2MOM x 10 (20 minutes): 2:00 max hand release push-ups, 2:00 max DB push press, 2:00 max burpees, 2:00 max DB hang cleans, 2:00 max AbMat sit-ups, 2:00 max calorie row, 2:00 max box jumps/step-ups, 2:00 max walking lunges, 2:00 max shuttle runs, 2:00 max bike calories 

Thursday, January 21st – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 250/200 meter row, 10 KB SDLHP, 15 dips, 20 hollow rocks

Friday, January 22nd – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete the following buy-in 50/40 calorie Ski, 300 jump rope, 100 AbMat sit-ups (buy-in reps can be broken up however you choose). Then, in the remaining time AMRAP: 30 air squats, 20 KB swings, :30s plank hold, 20 walking lunges.
