TTFIT Workouts 1/20/20 – 1/24/20

Monday, January 20th – AMRAP in 19 minutes:  19 goblet squats, 19/14 calorie row, 19 hand release push-ups, 19 hollow rocks

Tuesday, January 21st – On the 5:00 x 5 rounds:  20/14 calorie ski, 20 10 meter shuttle sprints, :45 seconds of accumulated plank hold
Wednesday, January 22nd –  AMRAP in 22 minutes:  20 alternating DB snatch, 18 jumping squats, 16 sit-ups, 14 one arm DB push press (7 each arm), 12 walking lunges, 10/7 calorie bike
Thursday, January 23rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  5 burpees, 10 leg raises, 20 box step-ups
Friday, January 24th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 3 rounds of:  50 jump rope, 50 ft bear crawl, 25 sit-ups.  Once complete, AMRAP in remaining time of:  250/200 meter row, 15 wall balls, 15 KB swings
