TTFIT Workouts 1/25/21 – 1/29/21

Monday, January 25th – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 21 jump rope, 15 leg raises, 9 KB swings. E3MOM perform :30s plank hold. Start the workout with a plank hold.

Tuesday, January 26th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete a 2000/1600 meter row buy-in. Then, in the remaining time AMRAP: 20 alternating DB snatch, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 20 sit-ups, 15 DB goblet squats.

Wednesday, January 27th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 5 burpees to a plate, 10 Russian twists w/ a plate, 15 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 20 overhead walking lunges w/ a plate. 

Thursday, January 28th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds): Min 1: :40s max calorie ski, Min 2: 40 jump rope, Min 3: :30s plank hold, Min 4: 25 air squats

Friday, January 29th – Every 8 minutes for 40 minutes (5 sets): 20 DB walking lunges, 15 DB push press, 15 DB squats, 500/400 meter row. Rest the remainder of the time
