TTFIT Workouts 1/28/19 – 2/1/19

Monday, January 28th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 10 DB thrusters, 15 hand release push-ups, 20 sit-ups
Tuesday, January 29th – With 21 minutes on the clock, complete the following:  21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of:  Calorie row, lateral jumps over parallette, DB hang power cleans, and hollow rocks.  Once done with the round of 3, AMRAP 9/6 calories on the bike, 30 jump rope, 30 second plank hold.
Wednesday, January 30th – EMOM x 20:  Minute 1:  20 DB deadlifts, Minute 2:  15 leg raises, Minute 3:  10 burpees, Minute 4:  15 wall balls, Minute 5:  10 shuttle sprints
Thursday, January 31st – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  250 meter row, 21 KB swings, 15 sit-ups, 9 push-ups
Friday, February 1st – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 40 walking lunges, 30 DB push press, 20 ground to overhead with a plate, 10 ring rows/pull-ups
