TTFIT Workouts 1/4/21 – 1/8/21

Monday, January 4th – EMOM x 25:  Min 1 – max bike calories, Min 2 – max reps of burpees to a plate, Min 3 – max reps ski calories, Min 4 – max reps DB hang cleans, Min 5 – rest

Tuesday, January 5th – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 15 box jumps/step-ups, 15/10 calorie row, 15 hand release push-ups, 15 AbMat sit-ups, 15 KB swings
Wednesday, January 6th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete a 1500/1200 meter row.  Then AMRAP in remaining time of:  10 alternating DB snatch, 15 air squats, 20 mountain climbers, :25s plank hold
Thursday, January 7th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  18 hollow rocks, 15 DB strict press, 12 shuttle runs, 9 pull-ups/ring rows, 6 walking lunges, 3 burpees
Friday, January 8th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  36 jump ropes, 18/12 calorie bike, 36 sit-ups, 18 KB goblet squats.  E2MOM complete 9 KB swings.  Start with KB swings.
