TTFIT Workouts 1/6/20 – 1/10/20

Monday, January 6th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  15 KB SDLHP, 15/10 calorie bike, 15 pull-ups/ring rows, 15 hollow rocks

Tuesday, January 7th – AMRAP in 10 minutes:  10 alternating DB snatch, 10 goblet squats, 10 box jumps/step-ups.  Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 8 minutes:  8 shuttle sprints, 8 leg raises, 8 wall balls
Wednesday, January 8th – With the clock set for 25 minutes, complete the following buy-in:  800 meter run, 1000/800 meter row, 200 jump rope (can partition buy-in reps).  Then AMRAP in remaining time of:  100 meter sprint, 5 burpees, 10 ground to overhead with a plate
Thursday, January 9th – E3MOM x 7 (21 minutes):  9 push-ups, 12/9 calorie row, 9 dips, 12 sit-ups, 9 DB hang cleans
Friday, January 10th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  30-20-10 of box jumps/step-ups and alternating DB snatch.  Then AMRAP in remaining time of:  5 DB push press, 15 jumping squats, 25 second plank hold.
