TTFIT Workouts 1/7/19 – 1/11/19

Monday, January 7th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 KB goblet squats, 10 burpees to a plate, 10 sit-ups, 200 meter run
Tuesday, January 8th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  50 meter farmers carry, 15/10 calorie row, 15 hand release push-ups, 100 meter sprint, 15 hollow rocks, 15 KB swings, 50 meter jog backwards
Wednesday, January 9th – With 28 minutes on the clock, complete 4 rounds of:  10 DB push press, 15/10 calorie bike, 20 box jumps/step-ups.  Then in remaining time, AMRAP:  60 jump rope, 50 mountain climbers, 40 air squats, 30 ground to overhead with a plate, 20 walking lunges, 10 shuttle sprints
Thursday, January 10th – AMRAP in 14 minutes:  500 meter row, 30 DB deadlifts, 30 leg raises, 30 wall balls.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  250 meter row, 15 DB deadlifts, 15 leg raises, 15 wall balls. 
Friday, January 11th – EMOM x 24 (6 rounds):  Min 1: 10 burpees to a plate, Min 2:  30 second plank hold, Min 3:  Max calories on the bike in 30 seconds, Min 4:  15 DB hang cleans
