TTFIT Workouts 10/19/20 – 10/23/20

Monday, October 19th – With 22 minutes on the clock, 5 rounds of: 10 alternating DB snatch, 30 jump rope. Then, 5 rounds of: 10 DB hang squat cleans, 100-meter run. With remaining time, AMRAP: 5 burpees, 10 hollow rocks, 15 box jumps/step-ups
Tuesday, October 20th – AMRAP in 14 minutes: 400-meter row, 14 ground to overhead with a plate, 14 walking lunges, 14 sit-ups. Rest 1 minute. AMRAP in 7 minutes: 200-meter row, 7 ground to overhead with a  plate, 7 walking lunges, 7 sit-ups. 
Wednesday, October 21st – E3MOM x 7 (21 minutes): 200-meter run, 21 air squats, 15 leg raises, 9 push-ups
Thursday, October 22nd – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 DB push press, 12 calorie bike, 10 wall balls, 12 pull-ups/ring rows
Friday, October 23rd- With 20 minutes on the clock, complete 5 rounds of the following buy-in: 100-meter sprint, 15 DB deadlifts, 30 jump rope. In remaining time, AMRAP: 5 burpees to a plate, 10 DB hang power cleans, 15 dips, 20 sit-ups.
