TTFIT Workouts 10/21/19 – 10/25/19

Monday, October 21st – With 30 minutes on the clock, complete:  100 meter sandbell run, 20 KB swings, 100 meter sandbell run, 40 AbMat sit-ups with a sandbell, 100 meter sandbell run, 20 burpees, 100 meter sandbell run, 40/30 calorie row, 100 meter sandbell run, 20 dips, 100  meter sandbell run, 40 alternating DB snatch.  If time remains, start back at the top!

Tuesday, October 22nd –  AMRAP in 20 minutes:  25/18 calorie bike, 25 jumping squats, 25 hollow rocks, 25 ground to overhead with a plate
Wednesday, October 23rd – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  50 ft bear crawl, 50 ft broad jump, 10 shuttle sprints (25 ft each), 30 second plank hold.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  25 ft bear crawl, 25 ft broad jump, 5 shuttle sprints (25 ft each), 15 second plank hold.
Thursday, October 24th – Every 3:00 x 7 rounds: 21/15 calorie bike, 20 leg raises
Friday, October 25th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  10 KB swings, 10 hollow rocks, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 10 hand release push-ups, 10 burpees.
