
26 Oct TTFIT Workouts 10/26/20 – 10/30/20
Monday, October 26th – With 25 minutes on the clock (with a partner), complete as many rounds as possible of: 10 DB hang power cleans, 30 jump rope, 10 wall balls, 30 jump rope, 10 ground to overhead w/ a plate. Partners rotate after each full movement.
Tuesday, October 27th – AMRAP in 18 minutes: 250/200 meter row, 18 push-ups, 9 burpees, 27 KB swings
Wednesday, October 28th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds): Min 1: 15 goblet squats, Min 2: 15 leg raises, Min 3: 50 jump rope, Min 4: 15/10 calorie bike
Thursday, October 29th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 15 DB deadlifts, 20 hollow rocks, 200 meter run
Friday, October 30th – TTFIT Halloween Chipper: AMRAP in 31 minutes: 31 DB push press, 31 calorie row, 31 second plank hold, 31 KB swings, 31 wall balls, 31 sit-ups, 31 burpees, 31 DB hang cleans, 31 shuttle sprints, 31 jump rope
