TTFIT Workouts 10/5/20 – 10/9/20

Monday, October 5th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  300/200 meter row, 20 DB floor press, 20 AbMat sit-ups, 20 DB hang cleans.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 10 minutes:  200 meter run, 10 DB floor press, 10 hollow rocks, 10 DB hang clean & jerks.

Tuesday, October 6th – AMRAP in 19 minutes:  19/14 calorie bike, 19 KB swings, 19 box jumps/step-ups, 19 second plank hold

Wednesday, October 7th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds):  Min 1:  100 meter sprint, Min 2:  40 jump rope, Min 3:  15 hand release push-ups, Min 4:  50 meter farmers carry

Thursday, October 8th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  30-20-10 wall balls, leg raises, alternating DB snatch.  E3MOM perform 7 burpees.  Start the workout with 7 burpees.

Friday, October 9th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 1000/800 meter row and an 800 meter run.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  21 DB deadlifts, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 9 pull-ups/ring rows
