TTFIT Workouts 10/7/19 – 10/11/19

Monday, October 7th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 8 rounds of: 10 DB hang squat cleans, 6 DB push-ups, 10 AbMat sit-ups, 50 meter run, then 6 rounds of:  8 DB hang power cleans, 4 DB push-ups, 8 AbMat sit-ups, 100 meter run, then 4 rounds of:  6 DB hang squat cleans, 2 DB push-ups, 6 AbMat sit-ups, 50 meter run.  If time remains, start back at the top.

Tuesday, October 8th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  400 meter run, 200 meter run backwards, 100 meter DB farmers carry, 100 meter sled drag, 50 meter walking lunge
Wednesday, October 9th – E3MOM x 8 (24 minutes):  250/200 meter row, 20 alternating DB snatch, then max burpees in remaining time.  
Thursday, October 10th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  21/15 calorie bike, 21 hand release push-ups, 15 hollow rocks, 15 dips, 9 pull-ups/ring rows, 9 shuttle sprints
Friday, October 11th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete a 200 jump rope buy-in.  Every 40 jump rope, stop and complete 4 burpees and a 20 second plank hold.  After buy-in, AMRAP of the followings:  10 KB swings, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 10 leg raises.
