TTFIT Workouts 10/1/18 – 10/5/18

Monday, October 1st – EMOM x 5 rounds (:45s work/:15s rotate):  Min 1 – DB hang squat cleans, Min 2 – 100 meter run, Min 3 – DB push press, Min 4 – Burpees
Tuesday, October 2nd – Every minute on the minute x 20:  6 push-ups, 8 KB swings, 10 walking lunges
Wednesday, October 3rd – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  15 calorie bike, 200 meter run, 30 box jumps/step-ups, 200 meter run
Thursday, October 4th – AMRAP in 8 minutes:  21 sit-ups, 15 calorie row, 9 burpees.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  21 leg raises, 15 wall balls, 9 shuttle sprints.
Friday, October 5th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 pull-ups/ring rows, 21 DB bench press, 21 jumping squats, 21 hollow rocks, 21 DB deadlifts
