TTFIT Workouts 10/15/18 – 10/19/18

Monday, October 15th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 alternating DB snatch, 20 walking lunge steps, 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups.  *E2OM bike 12/8 calories.

Tuesday, October 16th – With 25 minutes on the clock, 1000 meter row buy-in, then remaining time AMRAP:  10 wall balls, 10 burpee box jumps/step-ups, 10 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 10 Russian twists w/ a plate

Wednesday, October 17th – With 23 minutes on the clock, 800 meter run buy-in then AMRAP in remaining time: 10 hollow rocks, 100 meter run, 20 KB swings, 200 meter run

Thursday, October 18th – AMRAP in 11 minutes:   5 burpees to a plate, 7 DB push press, 9 goblet squats.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 9 minutes:  3 burpees over the rower, 7 calorie row, 9 ground to overhead with a plate

Friday, October 19th – With 28 minutes on the clock, 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of leg raises, DB floor press, Assault bike calories, walking lunges.  Once done with the round of 3, AMRAP:  250/200 meter row, 15 box jumps/step-ups, 15 sit-ups.
