TTFIT Workouts 10/2/17 – 10/6/17

CONGRATS, LOGAN!

Monday, October 2nd – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  15 DB thrusters, 30 box jumps/step-ups, 45 DB deadlifts, 800 meter run
Tuesday, October 3rd – AMRAP in 8 minutes:  21 sit-ups, 15 calorie bike, 9 burpees.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  21 leg raises, 15 wall balls, 9 shuttle sprints.
Wednesday, October 4th – Every minute on the minute x 20:  6 push-ups, 8 KB swings, 10 walking lunges.
Thursday, October 5th – With 23 minutes on the clock, row 2000 meters.  Every 250 meters, stop and perform 5 burpees over the rower.  Once done, with final set of burpees, AMRAP in remaining time of:  10 DB hang cleans, 20 second plank hold, 30 jump rope. 
Friday, October 6th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  11 box jumps/step-ups, 11 DB bench press, 11 jumping squats, 11 calorie bike, 11 hollow rocks
