TTFIT Workouts 10/23/17 – 10/27/17

Monday, October 23rd – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  200 meter run, 18 DB deadlifts, 9 burpees, 18 sit-ups
Tuesday, October 24th – EMOM x 24:  Min 1 – 12 wall balls, Min 2 – 15 KB swings, Min 3 – 12 ring rows/pull-ups, Min 4 – 15 step-ups/box jumps
Wednesday, October 25th – 5 rounds: 3 min AMRAP:   6 alternating DB snatch, 8 push-ups, 10 air squats.  Rest 1 minute between rounds.  During minute rest, hold a 30 second plank.

Thursday, October 26th – With 27 minutes on the clock, complete an 1000 meter run, stopping every 200 meters to perform 10 burpees.  In remaining time, AMRAP 10 calorie bike, 15 DB bench press, 30 hollow rocks.

Friday, October 27th  – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 15 sit-ups, 50 jump rope, 15 DB push press, 50 jump rope, 15 walking lunges, 50 jump rope
