TTFIT Workouts 10/24/16 – 10/28/16

Monday, October 24th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete the following buy-in (in any order): 600 meter run, 300 single unders, 60 calorie bike, 30 shuttle runs (10 m).  With remaining time, AMRAP the following:  6 push-ups, 8 sit-ups, 10 DB thrusters

Tuesday, October 25th – 12 minute AMRAP:  250 meter row, 25 KB swings, 15 burpees.  Rest 3 minutes.  8 minute AMRAP:  150 meter row, 15 KB swings, 5 burpees.

Wednesday, October 26th – With 24 minutes on the clock:  21-15-9 DB deadlifts, Hollow rocks, DB strict press.  After first triplet is completed, 800 meters.  Then, 9-15-21 DB deadlifts, Hollow rocks, DB strict press.  After second triplet is completed, bike 40 calories.  If time remains, start from the top and work until the clock hits 24:00.

Thursday, October 27th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  25 goblet squats, 25 push-ups, 25 walking lunges, 25 leg raises, 25 one arm DB snatch.

Friday, October 28th – E4MOM x 5 rounds:  200 meter run, 50 jump rope, 30 second plank hold.
