TTFIT Workouts 10/29/18 – 11/2/18

Monday, October 29th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  7 calorie row, 14 hollow rocks, 21 jump rope, 14 DB shoulder press, 7 burpees
Tuesday, October 30th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 21 box jumps/step-ups, 15 KB swings, 9 goblet squats
Wednesday October 31st – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of:  ground to overhead with a plate, calorie bike, push-ups, walking lunges, and sit-ups.  Once done with set of 3, start over with 21 and keep working until time expires.
Thursday, November 1st – With 18 minutes on the clock, complete 1500 meter row.  With remaining time, AMRAP:  15 ring rows, 20 second plank hold, 15 wall balls
Friday, November 2nd – E4MOM x 5 (20 minutes):  200 meter run, 100 meter run backwards, 20 sit-ups, 10 DB thrusters
