TTFIT Workouts 11/16/20 – 11/20/20

Monday, November 16th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  100 meter run, 15 DB hang cleans, 10 hand release push-ups. :30s plank hold

 

Tuesday, November 17th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 250/200 meter ski, 25 air squats, 15 hollow rocks, 5 burpees

 

Wednesday, November 18th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete a 1200/1000 meter row.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  100 meter DB farmers carry, 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 DB push press, 10 sit-ups.

 

Thursday, November 19th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  42 jump rope, 21 DB deadlifts, 30 jump rope, 15 leg raises, 18 jump rope, 9 lateral burpees over the DB.

 

Friday, November 20th – AMRAP in 30 minutes: 20 box step-ups, 200 meter run, 20 box step-ups, 20/15 calorie bike, 20 box step-ups, 20 KB swings, 20 box step-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 box step-ups, 20 goblet squats
