TTFIT Workouts 11/18/19 – 11/22/19

Monday, November 18th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  200 meter run w/ a med ball, 7 burpees to a plate, 14 DB deadlifts, 21 sit-ups

Tuesday, November 19th – With 30 minutes on the clock, run 1200 meters as a buy-in, then AMRAP in remaining time:  12 pull-ups/ring rows, 9 dips, 6 hand release push-ups, 30 second plank hold, 100 meter sprint.
Wednesday, November 20th – Three rounds of the following:  3:00 of sit-ups, 2:00 of Ski Erg, 1:00 of shuttle runs.  Rest 2:00 between rounds.  
Thursday, November 21st – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 12 box jumps/step-ups, 6 DB thrusters, 6 burpees to a plate
Friday, November 22nd – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete a 40/30 calorie Assault bike buy-in, then complete 4 rounds of:  10 goblet squats, 10 hollow rocks, 10 shuttle runs.  Once done with the 4 rounds, AMRAP in remaining time of: 15/10 calorie bike, 10 walking lunges, 10 KB swings
