TTFIT Workouts 11/2/20 – 11/6/20

Monday, November 2nd – E4MOM x 5 rounds (20 minutes):  15/10 calorie row, 12 alternating DB snatches, 9 burpees to a plate

Tuesday, November 3rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:  DB shoulder press, hand release push-ups, hollow rocks.  E2MOM perform 30 jump rope.  The workout starts with 30 jump rope.  If you make it through the round of 1.  Start back at 10 and continue working until the clock hits 20:00.

Wednesday, November 4th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  200 meter run, 100 meter KB farmer’s carry, 15 KB goblet squats, 15 KB swings

Thursday, November 5th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete a 1000/800 meter row buy-in.  Stop every 1:30 to perform a 20 second plank hold.  After final plank hold, AMRAP in remaining time of:  5 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 DB hang cleans, 20 walking lunges.

Friday, November 6th – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  8 lateral burpees over a DB, 12 DB floor press, 16 sit-ups, 24 jump rope, 100 meter sprint.
