TTFIT Workouts 11/25/19 – 11/29/19

Monday, November 25th – AMRAP in 15 minutes:  3 calorie bike, 3 KB swings, 3 goblet squats, 6, 6, 6, 9, 9, 9, 12, 12, 12 and so on…increasing reps by 3 each round.  Then, rest 2 minutes before EMOM x 5:  20 second plank hold + 10 sit-ups

Tuesday, November 26th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  10 ring rows/pull-ups, 10 DB deadlifts, 10 hand release push-ups, 200 meter run.
Wednesday, November 27th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  20 alternating DB snatch, 20/15 calorie bike, 20 shuttle sprints, 20 second plank hold
Thursday, November 28th – AMRAP in 14 minutes:  14 DB push press, 250/200 meter row, 14 hollow rocks.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  7 KB swings, 7 burpees, 14 walking lunges
Friday, November 29th – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  150 jump rope, 20/15 cal Ski Erg, 15 push-ups, 15 DB hang squat cleans, 15 leg raises
