TTFIT Workouts 11/4/19 – 11/8/19

Monday, November 4th – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  24-12-6 GTO w/ a plate, bike, burpees.  Then, 6-12-24 Russian twists, bike, ring rows

Tuesday, November 5th – On the 4:00 x 5 rounds:  250/200 meter row, 20 hollow rocks, 20 alternating DB snatch
Wednesday, November 6th – OTM x 16 (4 rounds):  Min 1 – 12/10 calorie bike, Min 2- 7 DB floor press + 7 pull-ups/ring rows, Min 3 – Max shuttle runs in :40s (25 ft each), Min 4 – 20 AbMat sit-ups
Thursday, November 7th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  10 DB deadlifts, 10 push-ups, 10 box jumps, 100 meter sprint
Friday, November 8th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  14/10 calorie bike, 7 burpees to a plate, 14 leg raises, 7 DB hang cleans, 14 walking lunges, 7 DB front squats
