TTFIT Workouts 11/9/20 – 11/13/20

Monday, November 9th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  200 meter run, 7 DB thrusters, 7 lateral burpees over the DB, :30s plank hold

Tuesday, November 10th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  12 hollow rocks, 24 alternating DB snatch, 36 jump rope, 250/200 meter row.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 6 minutes:  6 hollow rocks, 12 alternating DB snatch, 18 jump rope, 125/100 meter row. 

Wednesday, November 11th – With 22 minutes on the clock, run 1000 meters.  Every 200 meters, perform 25 air squats.  Start with 25 air squats at 0:00.  After completing the final set of air squats, AMRAP in the remaining time of:  10 shuttle sprints, 10 hand release push-ups, 10 KB swings, 10 walking lunges.

Thursday, November 12th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete a 1200/1000 meter row.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  10 DB hang power cleans, 15 leg raises, 20 box jumps, 25/18 calorie bike

Friday, November 13th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  21 goblet squats, 15 sit-ups, 9 pull-ups/ring rows.  Every 1:30MOM complete 5 burpees.  Start the workout with 5 burpees.
