TTFIT Workouts 11/19/18 – 11/23/18

Monday, November 19th –  AMRAP in 20 minutes:  15/10 calorie row, 8 lateral burpees over the rower, 12 alternating DB snatch
Tuesday, November 20th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  12 calorie bike, 15 hollow rocks, 18 KB swings, 200 meter run.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 8 minutes:  9 calorie bike, 12 hollow rocks, 15 KB swings, 100 meter run

Wednesday, November 21st – With 22 minutes on the clock, in any order complete 30-20-10 reps of the following:  calories on the rower, DB bench press, step-ups, leg raises, push-ups.  If you make it through the set of 10 for all exercises, begin back at 30 for each and keep working until time expires.

Thursday, November 22nd – TTFIT Turkey Day Chipper – 100 jump rope, 90 air squats, 80 box jumps/step-ups, 70 sit-ups, 60 KB swings, 50 calorie row, 40 leg raises, 30 burpees, 20 overhead walking lunges with a plate, 10 wall climbs

Friday, November 23rd – OPEN GYM
