TTFIT Workouts 11/27/17 – 12/1/17

Monday, November 27th – With 25 minutes on the clock, run 1000 meters and then perform 30 burpees.  In remaining time AMRAP:  5 box jump overs/step-overs, 7 hollow rocks, 9 push-ups, 12 DB hang cleans
Tuesday, November 28th – With 10 minutes on the clock, bike 70/50 calories.  Every 10 calories, stop and perform 10 KB swings.  If any time remains, hold a plank until clock hits 10:00.  Rest 2 minutes.  From 12:00-22:00 minutes on the clock, row 70/50 calories.  Every 10 calories, stop and perform 10 wall balls.  If any time remains, max sit-ups until the clock hits 22:00.
Wednesday, November 29th – On the 4:00 x 5:  15 leg raises, 20 DB deadlifts, 200 meter sprint.  Rest for remaining time.  Scheduled start times for next rounds are at the 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 16:00. 
Thursday, November 30th – Four 5-minute rounds for max reps at each station:  From 0:00-2:00, bike 15/10 calories then jump rope, From 2:00-3:00, dumbbell push press, From 3:00-4:00, box jumps/step-ups, From 4:00-5:00, sit-ups.  Rest 1 minute between rounds.
Friday, December 1st – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  20 walking lunge steps, 15 ground to overhead with a plate, 10 push-ups, 100 meter sprint
