TTFIT Workouts 12/14/20 – 12/18/20

Monday, December 14th – E4MOM x 5 rounds:  6 step-ups/box jumps, 5 DB strict press, 6 step-ups/box jumps, 5 DB strict press, 12 DB deadlifts, 5 DB strict press. *In remaining time each round, max sandbell sit-ups.

Tuesday, December 15th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 burpees, 30/20 calorie bike, :30s plank hold, 10 shuttle sprints

Wednesday, December 16th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  6 goblet squats, 12 KB swings, 18 hollow rocks, 24 jump rope.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 6 minutes: 3 goblet squats, 6 KB swings, 9 hollow rocks, 12 jump rope.

Thursday, December 17th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  5 lateral burpees over a DB, 10 DB floor press, 50 ft single DB goblet walking lunge, 250/200 meter row

Friday, December 18th – EMOM x 24 (6 rounds):  Min 1:  14 alternating DB snatch, Min 2:  20 jumping squats, Min 3:  :30s plank hold, Min 4:  100 meter run
