TTFIT Workouts 12/16/19 – 12/20/19

Monday, December 16th – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  40 jump rope, 30 sit-ups, 20 jumping squats, 10 push-ups

Tuesday, December 17th –  AMRAP in 21 minutes:  15/12 calorie row, 12 shuttle sprints, 9 hollow rocks, 6 burpees
Wednesday, December 18th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  100 meter sprint, 30 second plank hold, 250/200 meter row, 15 box jumps/step-ups
Thursday, December 19th – With 20 minutes on the clock, complete a 50/40 calorie bike and 50 WB buy-in (athlete’s choice on how to partition).  After buy-in, AMRAP of 4 pulls-ups/ring rows, 8 hand release push-ups, 12 KB swings
Friday, December 20th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  8 leg raises, 8 DB thrusters, 12 walking lunges, 8 DB hang cleans, 8 burpees
