
22 Dec TTFIT Workouts 12/21/20 – 12/25/20
Monday, December 21st – AMRAP in 12 minutes: 12/8 calorie bike, 12 DB deadlifts, 12 box jumps/step-ups. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 8 minutes: 8/5 calorie bike, 8 DB deadlifts, 8 box jumps/step-ups
Tuesday, December 22nd – With 23 minutes on the clock, complete an 800 meter run. Then, in remaining time: 15 goblet squats, 9 burpees, 15 sit-ups, 9 shuttle runs
Wednesday, December 23rd – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 hand release push-ups, 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 10 leg raises, 10 one arm alternating DB snatch. E2MOM, complete 10 walking lunges.
Thursday, December 24th – TTFIT version of TTS 12 Days of Christmas
Friday, December 25th – No classes. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
