TTFIT Workouts 12/24/18 – 12/28/18

  • Monday, December 24th – 12 Days of Christmas style workout: 1 burpee to a plate, 2 box jump/step-ups, 3 KB swings, 4 hand release push-ups, 5 calorie bike, 6 DB thrusters, 7 sit-ups, 8 jumping squats, 9 shuttle sprints, 10 walking lunges, 11 pull-ups/ring rows, 12 alternating DB snatch
  • Tuesday, December 25th – Closed. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
  • Wednesday, December 26th – AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 wall balls, 5 burpees, 10 hollow rocks, 5 burpees, 10 DB push press, 5 burpees
  • Thursday, December 27th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 3 rounds of 10 calorie bike, 15 DB deadlifts, 250 meter row. Once all three rounds are complete, continue with an AMRAP of the following: 60 jump rope, 30 sit-ups, 60 jump rope, 30 walking lunges.
  • Friday, December 28th – AMRAP in 22 minutes: 2 one arm DB snatches, 2 dips, 2 leg raises, 200 meter run, 4 one arm DB snatches, 4 dips, 4 leg raises, 200 meter run, 6 one arm DB snatches, 6 dips, 6 leg raises, 200 meter run…continue adding 2 reps to each exercise each round until time expires.
