TTFIT Workouts 12/28/20 – 1/1/20

Monday, December 28th – AMRAP in 27 minutes:  21 hand release push-ups, 15 leg raises, 9 burpees to a plate, 15 pull-ups/ring rows, 21 ground to overhead with a plate
Tuesday, December 29th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 1000/800 meter row and 100 air squats.  Then in remaining time AMRAP:  10 DB hang cleans, 15 box jumps/step-ups, :30s plank hold
Wednesday, December 30th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  7 DB strict press, 14 walking lunges, 21 jump rope.  Every 1:30MOM complete 7 sit-ups. 
 
Thursday, December 31st – TTFIT version of CF Happy New Year WOD
Friday, January 1st  – No classes.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!
