TTFIT Workouts 12/30/19 – 1/3/20

Monday, December 30th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  400 meter run, 15 burpees, 30 sit-ups

Tuesday, December 31st – AMRAP in 31 minutes:  31 DB hang cleans, 31 hollow rocks, 31 push-ups, 31 KB swings, 31 calorie bike, 31 wall balls, 31 box jumps/step-ups, 31 calorie Ski, 31 dips.  
Wednesday, January 1st – GYM CLOSED.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Thursday, January 2nd – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  20 jumping squats, 10 leg raises, 20 ground to overhead with a plate, 10 shuttle sprints (10 meters)
Friday, January 3rd – AMRAP in 18 minutes:  9 DB push push press, 30 jump rope, 9 calorie Ski, 30 second plank hold, 9 pull-ups/ring rows, 30 mountain climbers
