TTFIT Workouts 12/31/18 – 1/4/19

Monday, December 31st – AMRAP in 31 minutes:  31 DB hang cleans, 31 hollow rocks, 31 ring rows or pull-ups, 31 burpees, 31 KB swings, 31 shuttle runs, 31 jumping squats, 31 dips, 31 jump rope, 31 push-ups
Tuesday, January 1st – GYM CLOSED.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Wednesday, January 2nd – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  18 alternating DB snatch, 15/10 calorie bike, 12 sit-ups, 9 push-ups, 6 jumping squats, 3 burpees
Thursday, January 3rd – With 24 minutes on the clock, row 1500 meters.  Every 250 meters, stop and perform 30 jump rope and 10 KB swings.  After last set of KB swings, AMRAP in remaining time:  10 DB hang clean and jerk, 10 shuttle sprints, 30 second plank hold. 
Friday, January 4th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  2 wall balls, 2 push-ups, 2 box jumps/step-ups, 4 wall balls, 4 push-ups, 4 box jumps/step-ups, 6 wall balls, 6 push-ups, 6 box jumps/step-ups, 8, 8, 8, 10, 10, 10, and so on…keep adding two reps to each until clock hits 20:00
