TTFIT Workouts 12/7/20 – 12/11/20

Monday, December 7th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  250/200 meter row, 20 alternating DB snatch, 20 box jump overs/step overs, 20 second plank hold

Tuesday, December 8th – With 17:00 on the clock, from 0:00-5:00:  30/20 calorie bike buy-in, then in remaining time AMRAP: 15 sit-ups, 10 shuttle sprints.  Rest 1 minute.  From 6:00-11:00:  30 shuttle sprint buy-in, then in remaining time:  15 sit-ups, 10/7 calorie bike.  Rest 1 minute.  From 12:00-17:00:  30 sit-ups buy-in, then in remaining time AMRAP:  15 shuttle sprints, 10/7 calorie bike

Wednesday, December 9th – EMOM x 24 (6 rounds):  Min 1 – 20 second hang from pull-up bar, Min 2 – 100 meter run, Min 3 – 20 second handstand hold, Min 4 – 10 burpees to a plate

Thursday, December 10th – AMRAP in 27 minutes:  24 step-ups, 21 goblet squats, 18 hollow rocks, 15 hand release push-ups, 12/9 calorie ski

Friday, December 11th – With 20:00 on the clock, complete a 2000/1600 meter row, then in remaining time AMRAP:  8 pull-ups/ring rows, 12 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 16 leg raises, 24 jump rope
