TTFIT Workouts 12/9/19 – 12/13/19

Monday, December 9th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  12 alternating DB snatch, 15/10 calorie bike, 12 DB push press, 15 hollow rocks

Tuesday, December 10th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 air squats, 12 burpees, 21 dips, 12 shuttle runs, 21 sit-ups, 12 calorie row
Wednesday, December 11th – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds):  Min 1 – 8 DB deadlifts + 20 second plank hold, Min 2 – 12/10 calorie row, Min 3 – 12 KB swings + 6 shuttle runs (10 meters), Min 4 – 50 jump rope
Thursday, December 12th – With 22 minutes on the clock, complete 4 rounds of:  8 push-ups, 10 jumping squats, 12 leg raises.  Once finished with 4 round buy-in, AMRAP in remaining time:  500/400 meter row, 8 lateral burpees over the rower, 10 ground to overhead with a plate, 12 overhead walking lunges w/ a plate
Friday, December 13th – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  400 meter run, 30/20 calorie bike, 30 box jumps/step-ups, 30 alternating DB snatch
