TTFIT Workouts 12/10/18 – 12/14/18

Monday, December 10th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 40 jump rope, 20 sit-ups, 10 DB bench press
Tuesday, December 11th – 5 rounds:  30 seconds shuttle sprints, 30 seconds rest, 30 seconds DB push press, 30 seconds rest, 30 seconds hollow rocks, 30 seconds rest, 30 seconds burpees to a plate, 30 seconds rest.  (20 minute workout)
Wednesday, December 12th – AMRAP in 8 minutes:  15/10 calorie bike, 15 KB swings, 15 box jumps/step-ups.  Rest 2 minutes.  AMRAP in 16 minutes:  30/20 calorie bike, 30 KB swings, 30 box jumps/step-ups.
Thursday, December 13th – EMOM x 10:  Odd – 20 DB deadlifts, Even – 100 meter sprint.  Rest 1 minute. EMOM x 10:  Odd – 40 jump rope, Even – 15 DB hang power cleans.
Friday, December 14th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  400 meter run, 24 alternating one-arm DB snatches, 12 pull-ups/ring rows
