TTFIT Workouts 12/12/16 – 12/16/16

Monday, December 12th – 5 rounds:  1 min max ring rows, 1 min max burpees, 2 min max air squats, 3 min – run 400 meters (rest remainder of 3 min).

Tuesday, December 13th – AMRAP in 24 minutes:  21 sit-ups, 18 walking lunges, 15 DB hang power cleans, 12 dips, 9 calorie row, 6 calorie bike, 3 burpees

Wednesday, December 14th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 30-20-10 wall balls, box jumps/step-ups.  Then complete a 1500 meter row.  Then complete 10-20-30 wall balls, box jumps/step-ups.  If any time remains, finish with Assault bike for distance.

Thursday, December 15th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 DB push press, 10 hollow rocks, 10 goblet squats, 10 leg raises, 10 KB swings

Friday, December 16th – E3MOM x 8 (24 minutes):  10 push-ups, 20 DB deadlifts, 30 jump rope, 100 meter sprint.
