TTFIT Workouts 12/17/18 – 12/21/18

Monday, December 17th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 hand release push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 20 KB swings, 15 sit-ups, 30 air squats, 15 sit-ups, 20 box jumps/step-ups, 15 sit-ups, 10 burpees
Tuesday, December 18th – AMRAP in 14 minutes:  500 meter row, 10 DB strict press, 12 wall balls, 14 sit-ups.  Rest 1 minute.  AMRAP in 7 minutes:  250 meter row, 5 DB strict press, 6 wall balls, 7 sit-ups.
Wednesday, December 19th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 250 jump rope and 50/35 calories on the bike.  In remaining time, AMRAP: 7 burpees, 14 alternating DB snatch, 21 hollow rocks, 28 walking lunges.
Thursday, December 20th – EMOM x 24 (6 rounds):  Min 1:  15 DB bench press, Min 2:  20 jumping squats, Min 3:  :40 second max row, Min 4:  15 pull-ups/ring rows
Friday, December 21st – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  200 meter run, 10 DB deadlifts, 10 leg raises, 100 meter run, 5 deadlifts, 5 leg raises.  Every 2 minutes, stop and complete 10 push-ups.
