TTFIT Workouts 12/18/17 – 12/22/17

Monday, December 18th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  10 goblet squats, 15 DB bench press, 10 box jumps/step-ups, 15 leg raises
Tuesday, December 19th – EMOM x 10:  Even minute:  50 jump rope, Odd minute:  20 sit-ups.  Rest 2 minutes.  EMOM x 10:  Even minute:  20 KB swings, Odd minute:  15 push-ups
Wednesday, December 20th – AMRAP in 28 minutes:  500 meter row, 9 burpees over the rower, 15 med ball cleans, 21 hollow rocks
Thursday, December 21st – From 0:00-4:00, run 400 meters and complete 20 DB thrusters.   From 4:00-8:00, bike 25/20 calories and complete 20 wall balls.  From 8:00-12:00, row 30/25 calories and complete 20 ground to overhead with a plate.  Repeat each segment at 12:00, 16:00, and 20:00, for a 24-minute total workout. 
Friday, December 22nd – AMRAP in 30 minutes:  10 burpees, 20 DB hang cleans, 30 jump rope, 10 pull-ups/ring rows, 20 DB push press, 30 walking lunges
