TTFIT Workouts 12/26/16 – 12/30/16

Monday, December 26th – GYM CLOSED

Tuesday, December 27th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  10 wall balls, 5 burpees, 10 hollow rocks, 5 burpees, 10 DB push press, 5 burpees

Wednesday, December 28th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 3 rounds of 10 calorie bike, 15 DB deadlifts, 200 meter run.  Once all three rounds are complete, continue with an AMRAP of the following:  60 jump rope, 30 sit-ups, 60 jump rope, 30 walking lunges.

Thursday, December 29th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  2 one arm DB snatches, 2 dips, 2 leg raises, 200 meter run, 4 one arm DB snatches, 4 dips, 4 leg raises, 200 meter run, 6 one arm DB snatches, 6 dips, 6 leg raises, 200 meter run…continue adding 2 reps to each exercise each round until time expires. 

Friday, December 30th – 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds to rest/rotate through each of the following stations:  DB thrusters, push-ups, KB swings, calorie row, plank hold.  Move through 4 rounds for a total workout time of 20 minutes.
