TTFIT Workouts 12/5/16 – 12/9/16

Monday, December 5th – AMRAP in 22 minutes:  44 jump rope, 22 wall balls, 11 burpees, 44 second plank hold, 22 sit-ups, 11 leg raises
Tuesday, December 6th – AMRAP in 20 minutes:  100 meter run, 10 push-ups, 10 dips, 200 meter run, 20 box jumps/step-ups, 20 walking lunges

Wednesday, December 7th – EMOM x 24:  Minute 1:  15 DB push press, Minute 2:  20 hollow rocks, Minute 3:  12/10 calorie row, Minute 4:  15 KB swings

Thursday, December 8th – AMRAP in 12 minutes:  50 jump rope, 15 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 50 jump rope, 15 burpees.  Rest 3 minutes.  AMRAP in 10 minutes: 35 jump rope, 10 ground to overhead w/ a plate, 35 jump rope, 10 burpees.

Friday, December 9th – Tabata – 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest for four minutes (8 rounds) at each of the following stations:  wall balls, pull-ups/ring rows, dips, one-arm DB snatch, weighted sit-up w/ DB
