TTFIT Workouts 1/29/18 – 2/2/18

Monday, January 29th – AMRAP in 21 minutes:  21 calorie row, 15 DB hang squat cleans, 9 burpees over the DB
Tuesday, January 30th – EMOM x 8:  Odd – 20 KB swings, Even – 100 meter sprint.  Rest 2 minutes.  EMOM x 8:  Odd – 20 sit-ups, Even – 20 box jumps/step-ups.  Rest 2 minutes.  EMOM x 8:  Odd – 30 second plank hold, Even – 20 DB push press
Wednesday, January 31st – With 23 minutes on the clock, bike 50/35 calories, run 800 meters, and perform 100 jump rope.  In remaining time, AMRAP:  7 push-ups, 9 hollow rocks, 11 walking lunges
Thursday, February 1st – Tabata – 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest x 8 rounds (4 minutes) at each of the following stations:  shuttle sprints, DB snatch, burpees, wall balls, sit-ups
Friday, February 2nd – AMRAP in 25 minutes:  25-20-15-10-5 reps of the following:  DB deadlifts, dips, DB bench press, calorie row.  Once through the set of 5, start back at the set of 25 and continue working until time expires.
